📋 Description Deploy to rapidly triage and root cause an active in-field issue across onboard/offboard stack. Work on issues in Intersections/Peds and Service Quality; may be pulled to other areas as needed. Collaborate with Onboard RRG; option to be an on-call engineer. Improve production monitoring and response capabilities with the team. 🎯 Requirements BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or equivalent experience. General software engineering experience in C++ with robust, efficient code. Breadth-First mindset; eagerness to learn and improve systems.
