📋 Description Lead the development and execution of quality standards and validation plans for Soft/Hard products Own tooling qualification from pilot to mass production and support supply chain capacity Collaborate with R&D, Design, Packaging, and global manufacturers on product launches Manage qualification plans for packaging, fill-line qualification at third parties Drive quality improvements across processes with SPC, FMEA, and DOE Oversee supplier audits, CAPAs, and risk mitigation to meet Mammoth Brands standards 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field 5+ years in Quality Engineering or QA, preferably in consumer goods Knowledge of polymers, packaging components and molding technologies Experience with injection molding, EBM, ISBM; CAD (SolidWorks) a plus Proficiency with statistical tools and data-driven decisions (MSA/GR&R, SPC, DOE) Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills 🎁 Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401k match Equity in Mammoth Brands Flexible time off and working hours L&D stipend Paid parental leave and team events
