📋 Description Lead the post-silicon validation for custom ML SoCs. Set strategy, coordinate resources, planning, and execution for the team. Own silicon bring-up, NPI, and sustaining efforts; coordinate with hardware, software 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field (or equivalent practical 10+ years' hands-on silicon bring-up, validation, or product characterization experience. 5+ years' experience leading a silicon development team and post-silicon projects (planning Experience as a manager/technical lead for new product introduction in custom silicon. Proficiency with Firmware development, C++, and Python.
