📋 Description Lead and grow a software engineering team building StrongDM’s proxy and control-plane platform. Translate roadmaps into operational plans and oversee delivery across the Delinea Platform. Staffing, resourcing, and cross-functional alignment with product, architects, and DevOps/SRE. Ensure high performance, security, and maintainability in distributed systems written in Go. Guide code/design reviews, security protocols (TLS/mTLS) and cryptographic systems. Collaborate on roadmaps and architecture, including Cedar policy-based authorization and Zero 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/Software Eng or related field. 2+ years leading software engineering teams; strong hands-on background. Minimum 5 years in professional software engineering and distributed systems. Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or similar) and high-scale network services. Ability to translate roadmaps into actionable plans and manage resources.
