Permitting Specialist (Data Centers)

📋 Description Lead permitting for data center construction and power systems. Navigate Texas regulatory processes (TDLR, TCEQ, ERCOT, local gov). Support Memphis operations and future expansions. Coordinate with mech, elec, thermal, and gas teams for docs. Engage with agencies, consultants, and stakeholders. Track permit conditions and renewals; support audits. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Urban Planning, Engineering, Law, or related field. Experience with Texas permitting for data centers or similar facilities. Strong project management and communication skills. Knowledge of TDLR, TCEQ air/water, ERCOT, zoning/SUP processes.
