📋 Description Lead development of deep learning models to automate high-volume workflows Monitor and apply RL practices from human preferences for data collection/evaluation Enhance User Feedback Analysis; design tools for multi-label classification, sentiment Oversee production/optimization of ML models across Waymo fleet Drive technical direction and provide team guidance Collaborate with PMs/TPMs to define requirements and align tech agenda 🎯 Requirements B.S. in CS/Robotics/ML or related field or equivalent Strong coding in C++ and/or Python Experience in Foundational Models, VLM, Deep Learning 5+ years in hands-on ML projects Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face transformers; ML deployment at scale 🎁 Benefits Discretionary annual bonus program Equity incentive plan Generous company benefits (eligibility)
