📋 Description Lead large-scale ML model architectures for autonomous driving eval systems. Build scalable training and fine-tuning systems for evaluating driving behaviors. Architect data engineering, model development, and simulation workflows. Oversee production and optimization of ML models over millions of miles driven. Design distributed ML systems for dataset generation, training, and evaluation. 🎯 Requirements MS or PhD in CS/ML/AI or equivalent experience. 7+ years software engineering; 3+ years in ML infra (training, scaling, deployment). Contributions to ML tooling/frameworks (PyTorch, Jax, TensorFlow, Ray, etc.). Expertise in distributed training, gradient sharding, scaling models. Deep understanding of autoregressive transformers. Strong cross-functional leadership and communication. 🎁 Benefits The salary range is $251,000 — $310,000 USD. Eligible for discretionary bonus, equity, and benefits.
