Collaborate with leadership on long-term growth strategies. 🎯 Requirements Minimum 3 years of management experience in plumbing. Knowledge of P&L and job costing. Proven track record of leading teams and driving results. Contractor’s license (preferred but not required). Hands-on experience in residential plumbing.
