Technical Lead Engineer, UAV Development

📋 Description Lead multidisciplinary engineering integration across mechanical, electrical, thermal, avionics and Define Interface Control Documents and maintain traceability from system to subsystems. Lead verification and validation from simulation through to flight tests. 🎯 Requirements Experience as a technical lead in aerospace, robotics or UAV development with strong mechanical Define and manage system-level requirements; establish design reviews (PDR/CDR) and ensure design Familiarity with Jama/DOORS, V-model processes, and DO-160/ARP4754 aviation standards; experience Strong proficiency in hardware/software integration and interface management; led risk assessments Hands-on CAD/PLM experience (SolidWorks, Siemens NX, Teamcenter) and familiarity with ECAD/MCAD Ability to define verification strategies and work with suppliers/customers to meet programme 🎁 Benefits Competitive salary and VSOP options.
