📋 Description Senior, customer-facing, billable role delivering NiCE products and services. Implement, configure, and optimize AI-driven applications for enterprise contact centers. Part of NICE Managed Services; blend technical and business responsibilities with clients. Engage with clients to understand needs and deliver cutting-edge solutions. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in technical or business field or equivalent work experience. 4-8 years of professional experience; 2+ years in digital channels or AI/Bot apps preferred. Technical configuration and programming of AI and contact center tech. CRM integrations, APIs, and ecosystem technologies. Familiarity with Generative AI, NLU, and automation principles.
