Staff SLT Test Engineer

📋 Description Lead the development and deployment of SLT hardware and software solutions for silicon bring-up and Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable manufacturing deployment and yield learning. Drive test content creation, automation frameworks, diagnostics, telemetry, and data analysis tools. Define test coverage, screening strategies, and manufacturing test methodologies. Partner with OSATs, suppliers, and manufacturing partners to transfer SLT solutions into production. 🎯 Requirements Experience in System-Level Test, production test, characterization, or post-silicon validation of Strong scripting/automation skills (Python, Tcl, Shell, Perl or similar). Solid understanding of semiconductor fundamentals, testability, observability, and test Ability to lead technical projects, coordinate cross-functional activities, and manage risk. Experience with OSATs, contract manufacturers, and high-volume manufacturing environments.
