📋 Description Provide reliable, hands-on IT support for in-office and remote employees via Help Desk tickets Support MDM fleet (macOS, Linux) Troubleshoot network and A/V issues in-office Manage Okta and core SaaS tooling, improve integrations and access controls Handle procurement and asset management across lifecycle Create clear technical docs for technical and non-technical audiences 🎯 Requirements Okta administration (users, groups, basic app integrations) with Terraform a plus Strong knowledge of Google Workspace Hands-on macOS MDM experience, ideally FleetDM Ability to support macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android Procurement/asset management experience Clear technical writing and strong communication skills 🎁 Benefits Competitive compensation and startup equity Health insurance and other benefits US base salary range: $140K - $220K + equity + benefits
