Manufacturing Engineer (Supply Chain) - Electromechanical

📋 Description Hands-on manufacturing engineering role in Supply Chain for electromechanical assemblies Evaluate processes, resolve production issues, and qualify new parts from prototype to rate Own supplier process documentation, control plans, PFMEAs, and work instructions Lead NPI lifecycle at suppliers from feasibility to ramp to rate production Collaborate with design/materials to ensure DFM and clear manufacturing intent 🎯 Requirements Experience auditing supplier manufacturing processes and CAPA investigations Knowledge of PPAP, APQP, FMEA (process), control plans, MSA, SPC Root cause analysis (8D) with suppliers Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100, NADCAP Metrology tools and GD&T interpretation for electromechanical hardware Willingness to travel up to 30% (domestic/international) 🎁 Benefits Direct hire with equal employment opportunity Opportunity to impact robotics hardware for humanoid systems
