📋 Description Analyze complex enterprise workflows and translate requirements into scalable implementations. Lead deep-dive technical alignment sessions with clients. Guide clients beyond basic setup with best practices and optimized architectures. Act as technical advisor to technical leads and C-suite executives. Collaborate with Product teams to share feedback and influence roadmaps. Establish structure in ambiguous environments and prioritize initiatives. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years of client-facing, multi-phased technical implementations in SaaS. 4+ years in hands-on API/integration scope (REST APIs, webhooks, architectures). Fluency in English required; French or Spanish is a plus. Deep API & integration literacy with complex API docs. Strong systems thinking and analytical problem-solving.
