📋 Description Recruit new experts into Guidepoint’s network and engage them for client consultations Independently conduct targeted research across public sources to identify relevant subject-matter Lead cold outreach, vetting, and screening conversations with experts for client projects Define sourcing strategies for each client request based on scope and urgency Manage multiple fast-moving client requests with strong execution standards Collaborate within a hybrid work environment with three days in the office 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree, minimum 3.0 GPA or higher Previous relevant internship, volunteer, or extracurricular experience AI fluency and experience using AI-enabled tools to support research and written communication Ability to use AI-enabled tools thoughtfully, with attention to accuracy and confidentiality Curiosity about emerging technology and willingness to continually build skills Authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship 🎁 Benefits 15 days of PTO, 10 paid holidays, and sick leave Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage with HSAs 401(k) with company match up to 10% Commuter benefits and gym memberships LinkedIn Learning access and ongoing professional development
