Mechanical Designer

📋 Description Own the design and development of mechanical parts and assemblies for drone products Translate requirements into validated hardware across full design cycle Deliver 3D models and 2D drawings meeting ASME/ISO standards Prototype integration and validation testing to ensure robustness Plan validation tests to drive maturation and reduce programme risk Produce design documentation with traceability across the lifecycle 🎯 Requirements SolidWorks or Siemens NX / Teamcenter and CAD tooling experience Strong knowledge of DFMA, ASME/ISO standards Ability to convert constraints into robust components and assemblies Experience with PLM workflows and design documentation Proven ability to iterate designs from concept to validated hardware Experience with validation testing and integrating prototypes 🎁 Benefits Relocation support: up to €2,500 and 4 weeks accommodation Learning allowance: yearly €500/£450 Health & wellness: gym membership and mental health support Social: monthly events and allowances Enhanced parental leave: 22 weeks paid primary, 6 weeks secondary Family support: paid family emergency leave, remote work during pregnancy
