📋 Description Aide supports students requiring additional help under Lead Teacher direction. Provide 1:1 or small-group assistance and help with curriculum modifications. Offer testing accommodations and assist with learning materials and assessments. Assist with behavioral intervention plans and support student self-advocacy. Facilitate positive social interactions and use data to inform goals. Collaborate with teachers, families, and school leaders to support growth. 🎯 Requirements Associate’s degree OR 48 college credits OR ParaPro score >= 464 within 1 year of hire. Proficiency with Google Suite; ability to perform data collection and progress monitoring. Ability to pass Criminal Background Check; willingness to be available for extended workday as 🎁 Benefits Base salary range typically $37,000 to $50,000 (1.0 FTE). $1,000 signing bonus and $2,000 annual retention bonus (where eligible).
