Internship: Youth Basketball Business (Part-Time/Seasonal)

📋 Description Support day-to-day administrative operations of Washington Wizards Youth Basketball programming. Manage and maintain participant databases, assist with lead generation and data organization. Coordinate participant communications, including registration confirmations, event reminders Assist with creation, distribution, and analysis of participant, parent, and coach surveys Perform research on youth sports trends, community organizations, and potential program growth Help manage Jr. Wizards social media channels by creating content, scheduling posts, monitoring 🎯 Requirements Minimum 18 years of age. Passionate about sports and supporting the Wizards and the other MSE franchises. Previous marketing/promotional/event/street team experience preferred. Able to interact with youth and fans in an energetic, enthusiastic, and friendly manner. Ability to exercise discretion when working with confidential information. Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
