📋 Description Lead fullstack teams across Launch and Websites for Owner. Collaborate with Design, Product, AI Agents on high-impact projects. Shape architecture for an AI-augmented product surface. Hire, grow, and retain engineers in a high-trust environment. Foster simplicity, quality, and continuous improvement. Contribute to code/architecture reviews and unblock teams. 🎯 Requirements ~3 years of software engineering management experience. Track record leading full-stack teams (not just backend/frontend). Strong product sense; balance speed, quality, user impact. Experience with React and Node.js. Cross-functional collaboration with product/design/business. Growth/PLG experience is a plus, not required. 🎁 Benefits Base salary range $230K-$250K, plus pre-IPO equity. Health coverage, remote-first workplace, unlimited PTO.
