📋 Description Own GiveDirectly’s learning agenda for Emergency Cash (EC) Programs, collaborating with product Define and redefine the scope of EC learning priorities as the portfolio evolves. Lead internal research strategy, methods, and standards across Emergency Cash, ensuring ethics and Provide intellectual leadership and direction, mentoring staff and owning projects in emerging Pilot new research methods across contexts; surface lessons relevant to the broader organization. 🎯 Requirements Lead impact evaluations and learning questions for EC, setting TOC-driven research priorities. Own development and application of outcome-focused indicators for EC programs. Strategic partnerships with researchers and institutions; manage end-to-end research projects and Represent EC research externally at leadership and external events; produce briefs and policy Drive a culture of evidence-informed decision-making within the EC team.
