📋 Description Define, develop, qualify, and scale-up PCB, PCBA, COB, and Packaging processes with CM for module Lead complex projects to meet build targets, improve yield, throughput, and quality. Perform DFM/DFA reviews for PCB layouts, propose design optimizations with design teams. Standardize DFM and PFMEA framework for PCB/PCBAs with vendor rules. Manufacture various PCB tech for miniaturized sensors and high-performance compute systems. Coordinate with fabrication and assembly houses, guide vendor processes, drive feedback loops. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing engineering. 10+ years in PCB, PCBA, COB, and FATP manufacturing and packaging. World class expertise in PCB fabrication, SMT, PCBA testing, metrology, failure analysis. Proficiency with DFM tools (e.g., Valor, Allegro). Skills in statistical data visualization and SOPs/technical reports.
