📋 Description Lead development and deployment of large-scale ML models across hardware platforms. Collaborate with data engineering, model development, and datacenter teams. Drive cross-team data generation, deployment pipelines, and system integration. Mentor engineers and manage a medium-sized team (~10 engineers). 🎯 Requirements 10+ years software eng, 5+ yrs ML infra exp. Experience with ML accelerators and profiling tools. Strong background in ML infra tools (DeepSpeed, PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX). Deep understanding of autoregressive, diffusion models; custom kernels for HW efficiency.
