📋 Description Analyze and manage engine, APU, and landing gear records to birth, per 14 CFR 121.380 Coordinate with internal teams on scheduled and unscheduled removals/installations Reconcile discrepancies with vendors, OEMs, and prior operators Maintain and audit TRAX eMRO, AIS, Flydocs, and other systems Ensure proper documentation for life-limited components back to birth Report to Senior Manager of Aircraft Records 🎯 Requirements High School Diploma/GED; 3+ years in Allegiant Records or similar roles Knowledge of FAA ADs, IPCs, Service Bulletins, FARs for recordkeeping ERP experience (AIS, TRAX eMRO, AMOS) and MS Office Strong written/oral communication and project management Ability to work with multiple docs (CFM Chapter 5, ALS 7, IPC, etc.) 🎁 Benefits Full-time benefits; profit sharing, medical/dental/Vision/Life/Disability Medical Travel Reimbursement, 401K match, Employee Stock Purchase Plan Flight Benefits, Tuition Reimbursement, PTO and holidays
