Sr. BAW Filter Design Engineer (Starlink/Akoustis)

📋 Description Design and develop BAW filters from concept to production Define specs, simulate, test, and optimize performance Design RF modules with filters, packaging, and interfacing RF parts Improve insertion loss, return loss, bandwidth, and out-of-band rejection Collaborate with process, layout, and system teams for integration Create design reports and validation documentation 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's in electrical or related engineering field 5+ years RF filter design experience (BAW/SAW) EM simulations with HFSS, CST, ADS, or COMSOL Experience with RF test gear (spectrum/vector analyzers, network analyzers) Mastery of RF design concepts and test methodologies 🎁 Benefits Equal opportunity employer Competitive SpaceX benefits package Collaborative, in-house engineering culture
