📋 Description Oversee all aspects of assigned group homes and residential programs Develop, maintain, and review ISPs, BSPs, or IPPs Partner with families, case managers, and stakeholders regularly Manage household and program budgets Provide on-site orientation to new staff Directly train employees in program implementation 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology or related field Minimum 2 years managerial/supervisory experience At least 1 year of full-time direct experience with individuals with developmental or intellectual Experience with mental health preferred Background clearance required Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle 🎁 Benefits Starting wage: $55,700-$62,300 annually $1,500 retention bonus (bachelor's degree or higher) 401k with 3% employer match after one year Company-provided hardware and cell phone stipend Comprehensive health insurance options PTO and paid time off enhancements with tenure
