Team Lead RTR

📋 Description Oversee general accounting for NEC across country units. Lead the RTR/Record-to-Report cycle for closing and reporting. Coordinate cross-entity closing activities and ensure timely financial reporting. Review and approve journal entries; supervise reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies. Lead process improvements, ERP-related projects, and automation efforts. 🎯 Requirements Postgraduate or bachelor’s degree with relevant operations experience. Experience: graduate with 10 to 12 years in RTR/finance. Strong attention to detail, organized, results-driven. Good working knowledge of finance processes and SAP Finance modules. Excellent verbal and written communication; strong analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP implementations is a plus.
