📋 Description Lead complex ML initiatives and architect advanced ML solutions across the org. Mentor junior ML engineers and guide teams toward production-ready systems. Shape technical direction for ML/AI in the video game industry. Operate in a global, remote ML organization with emphasis on scalable, production-grade systems. 🎯 Requirements Advanced degree in statistics, ML or related field; track record leading high-impact data science Hands-on experience with model development, deployment, monitoring, drift detection, and retraining.
