Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Remote

📋 Description Conduct video consultations and message with patients via telemedicine. Assess, screen, diagnose, and prescribe medication as clinically appropriate. Coordinate treatment planning with UpLift’s network of therapists. Provide empathetic, high-quality care and uphold UpLift’s clinical and service standards. Share product and workflow feedback with UpLift’s engineering and operations teams to help improve care delivery. 🎯 Requirements At least one year of PMHNP experience. Active medical license in good standing. Comfortable prescribing meds where permitted by state law. Proficient with online tools to deliver virtual care. Telemedicine experience is a plus.
