📋 Description Embed with scientific teams to define workflows and QC metrics. Design, develop and qualify new workcells and liquid handling. Collaborate with LIMS for data capture and LIMS integration. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, software, and system issues. Collaborate with ML, software, and science teams on onboarding. Identify opportunities to deploy automation more efficiently. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field. 8+ yrs (BS) / 6+ yrs (MS) / 3+ yrs (PhD) in automation hardware. Automation systems development/integration in life sciences (robotics and liquid handling). Python, SQL, and/or C# programming; data handling. Independent worker who mentors others.
