Own multi-entity global compliance with AI-assisted tracking. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years of corporate legal experience with lead-counsel on M&A/investments. Active US bar admission; JD from ABA-accredited law school. In-house experience at a high-growth tech company; BigLaw-only backgrounds not competitive. Proven AI fluency; use Claude/Gemini or equivalent; design AI-enabled processes. Able to run transactions independently with a strong closing bias.
