📋 Description Manage and monitor client Azure infra for high availability, performance, security Design and implement Azure cloud architectures focusing on AKS workloads Provision and maintain Azure resources: VMs, Data Lake, Synapse, storage, VNets Monitor and troubleshoot Azure systems and applications for performance, connectivity, security Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and IT Operations on deployment/integration Coordinate cloud migrations and modernisation, including re-platforming Develop and maintain IaC using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for containerised applications Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve Kubernetes clusters and Azure resources Support security, compliance, and governance across cloud environments Provide technical guidance and mentorship to client teams and junior consultants Document solutions, runbooks, and deliver knowledge transfer sessions 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field 4+ years in cloud consulting or engineering roles Kubernetes Service Mesh for traffic, security, observability Strong knowledge of Azure core services and resource management Understanding of Kubernetes architecture, deployment, scaling, troubleshooting Scripting/automation: PowerShell, Bash, Python Docker and orchestration tools (Helm, Istio, etc.) CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) Strong communication and client-facing skills Experience with large-scale cloud migration/modernisation Exposure to enterprise cloud governance and security frameworks 🎁 Benefits Quarterly profit sharing scheme Career progression and mentorship programs Flexible/remote working Financial wellbeing: pension, private healthcare, life cover Employee wellbeing programs: gym discounts, Bike to Work, EAP 24 days holiday plus public holidays
