📋 Description Lead EMEA platform engineering teams to deliver the roadmap. Integrate Europe engineers into the EMEA structure with continuity. Grow the region with multiple capability teams and hire regionally. Deputize for the VP: align two regions for platform coherence. Stay hands-on for architecture and design reviews. Own reliability and on-call/incident response quality. 🎯 Requirements Track record building and leading software engineering teams. Experience reorganizing an existing team and changing reporting structures. Engineering leadership with direction and delivery; credible in design reviews. Understanding of cloud services: virtualization, storage, networking, multi-tenancy, bare metal. Hardware knowledge to reason about software meeting GPU, fabric, and storage reality.
