Instructional Designer (EMEA Shift) - PST - Bengaluru

📋 Description In partnership with PM, conducts needs analysis to identify training gaps. Collaborates with SMEs, stakeholders, and peers to design, develop, and evaluate content. Creates and edits scripts, job aids, and storyboards. Creates and updates project plans and tracks progress. Creates assessments that measure learning and performance outcomes. Applies ADDIE, SAM, and industry best practices. 🎯 Requirements BA Degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or related discipline. Minimum 1 year experience in Learning Experience Design, Training and Development, Organizational Development, or related field working with team and leadership dynamics. Experience in eLearning content development, interviewing SMEs. Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems.
