📋 Description Design and implement the agent SDK, runtime, and core primitives. Ensure steerable, verifiable, conversational, and adaptive agent loops. Wrap internal systems as MCP servers and agent skills; unify discovery, RBAC, rate limits, and versioning. Develop toolchains for the full agent lifecycle (Spec -> Eval -> Build -> Test -> Iterate). Own accuracy, resolution rate, cost, and latency metrics; optimize loops. Familiar with at least one orchestration framework; support multi-agent collaboration. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in CS/SE or related; 6+ yrs with 3+ AI/Agent; 8+ yrs with 0-to-1 Agent platform. Proficient in Go or Python; production-grade system design and TRD documentation. Deep expertise in LLM APIs, Prompt Engineering, ReAct, and context window management. 0-to-1 launch with production-grade agent experience. Familiar with at least one orchestration framework; multi-agent collaboration. RAG engineering or evaluation systems expertise.
