📋 Description Own product development from concept through launch for assigned categories. Lead vendor relationships on design intent, quality, cost, and timelines. Drive sample development, approvals, and revisions across product lines. Develop and maintain line lists, specs, and trackers. Provide strategic feedback to vendors to elevate quality and consistency. Partner with Creative, Planning, Sourcing, and Store teams to align assortments. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years of experience in product development and/or merchandising. Proven ability to manage vendors, sampling, and product approvals with minimal oversight. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; PLM tools required. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite; AI tools a plus. Strong merchant mindset with eye for design, trend, and customer experience.
