Job Description
📋 Description Lead and develop a team of installers for residential spaces. Install and repair custom storage systems using laminate wood, edge-banding, and hardware. Manage installation schedule and headcount; train installers. Use CAD drawings/blueprints to install systems and train installers. Handle customer escalations and ensure quality expectations are met. Maintain safety programs; ensure PPE and OSHA compliance. 🎯 Requirements 2-3 years of supervisory experience. High school diploma or GED. Cabinetry or carpentry skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals. Able to lift 50 pounds and use hand tools; physically capable. Operate machines, hand tools, and job-specific equipment.
