📋 Description Ensure mechanical systems meet customer expectations React to field issues promptly; inform customer of plan and costs Perform field service at customer sites: install, commission, test, and repair Install, inspect, and service mechanical components (sprockets, belts, bearings, gearboxes, motors) Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical equipment to resolution Perform preventative maintenance to enhance ongoing machine performance 🎯 Requirements Industrial trade qualification in mechanical/mechatronics/electrical or related field, or equivalent degree 3+ years of experience as a field service engineer or equivalent Troubleshooting experience with mechanical or electrical equipment Knowledge of PLC and mechanical assembly and electrical wiring Experience in PC building, repairing and diagnostic testing; MS Office Excellent customer service and strong communication skills 🎁 Benefits Birthday leave Superannuation employer contribution Eight weeks of fully paid parental leave Onsite car parking Employee referral bonus Global career opportunities with internal promotions
