📋 Description Investigate corrective action forms to identify root causes and preventive actions. Determine corrective/preventive measures for vendors and staff using performance metrics. Collaborate with department managers to improve work quality in their area. Promote QA processes and policies; serve as a knowledge resource for colleagues. Assist Data Investigators by tracking and reporting quality metrics. 🎯 Requirements Maintain and update large datasets accurately Excellent English written and verbal communication Strong organizational and multitasking skills Strong MS Office and computer skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent Fluency in a foreign language Experience with ISO 9001
