📋 Description Own full lifecycle of oral pouch product development from bench to launch Work across flavor systems, actives, sensory evaluation, process eng Lead tech transfer to co-manufacturers and scale-up efforts Document formulations with batch records, specs, processing notes Design and execute sensory evaluations; analyze results Collaborate with QA/regulatory to ensure cGMP/DSHEA compliance 🎯 Requirements B.S. or higher in Food Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field 5-8+ years hands-on formulation in consumer goods or dietary supplements Experience leading product scale-up and co-manufacturer transfers Clear technical documentation: batch records, development reports, briefs Comfort with lab equipment: granulators, analytical balances, pH meters, water activity meters Bonus: DSHEA, 21 CFR Part 111 knowledge 🎁 Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage HSA access 401(k) with company match Equity Ultra pouches provided for staff Equal opportunity employer; accommodations available
