📋 Description Lead and support investment underwriting for acquisitions and dispositions. Build, audit, and refine complex Excel models with high accuracy. Evaluate opportunities using asset performance, market fundamentals, and risk factors. Drive deal execution from screening through closing, including diligence. Prepare Investment Committee materials and executive presentations. Communicate analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in finance/real estate/economics or related field. 2–4+ years in real estate investments, acquisitions, or related roles. Advanced financial modeling: DCF, returns, debt/equity, scenarios. Strong Excel and PowerPoint; translate analysis into recommendations. Meticulous, detail-oriented; executive-ready work under tight timelines.
