📋 Description Partner with biotech orgs to assess IT landscape and architect solutions Lead end-to-end implementations from discovery to go-live Provide strategic guidance and product engagement recommendations Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions Coordinate with PS, Product, and CS teams for global deployments Support Sales & Marketing in technical deal strategy and resolve challenges 🎯 Requirements 5-10+ years in biotech/pharma and scientific software implementation Bachelor's or Master's in Life Sciences or related; advanced degree preferred Proven track record leading global implementation teams; Benchling experience preferred Excellent communication and project management; comfortable across geographies Willingness to travel up to 30% Hands-on with LIMS/ELN/MES/LES and JMP/Tableau 🎁 Benefits Flexible hybrid work arrangement with on-site 3 days per week Equal opportunity employer
