📋 Description Build tooling for efficient development, testing, and production release. Iterate on developer experience using qualitative and quantitative feedback. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve engineering workflows. Work with product managers, designers, and engineers to ship great software. Scale the product and team; mature tooling, practices, and hiring processes. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years of experience in software engineering. Ship code with a product-first approach and real-world impact. Expertise with at least one web framework, preferably Node or Python. Strong problem solving and feedback iteration abilities. Ownership and building key pieces of the product.
