📋 Description Own and scale WorkOS developer events (meetups, panels, workshops) Represent WorkOS as a public technical voice (talks, demos, conversations) Create technical content for events and education (guides, talks, demos) Build relationships with developer communities and influencers Partner with GTM, Product, and Engineering to align roadmap and messaging Support talent pipelines by building communities where candidates and customers gather 🎯 Requirements Proven experience in Developer Relations, advocacy, community, or technical marketing Strong technical foundation with credibility to demo, build, and explain Bias toward doing: run events end-to-end and ship content Excellent communicator and facilitator; comfortable on stage High agency and builder mindset; energized by experimentation Bonus: experience in developer tools, identity/auth, or enterprise topics 🎁 Benefits 401k matching Competitive equity Healthcare, dental and vision coverage 20 days paid vacation + 10 holidays + unlimited sick leave 12 weeks fully paid parental leave Commuter benefits for hybrid employees in SF/NYC
