Contribute to Bazel, gRPC, Goma, Soong, CMake, and open-source projects. Tackle scalability and performance challenges in distributed systems. Build a scalable product used by leading tech companies. 🎯 Requirements Leadership Experience: Proven experience managing technical teams; remote management a plus. Optimization Passion: Strong interest in compiler and build-system optimization (Bazel, CMake). DevOps & DevInfra: Linux/Unix expertise with AWS/Azure/GCP; Terraform a plus. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Java; C++ and Rust experience a plus. Asynchronous Programming: Experience with asynchronous architectures and scalable systems.
