Senior Associate Scientist, Viral Vector Cell Line Development (Contractor)

📋 Description Develop AAV and/or lentiviral stable producer cell lines (transfection, cloning) Perform ddPCR, ELISA, and flow cytometry assays Create and optimize workflows for cell line development Support viral vector projects with quality attributes (empty/full ratio, potency) Collaborate cross-functionally on a synthetic biology platform 6-month maternity-leave contract with potential extension 🎯 Requirements B.S or M.S in Biological Engineering, Virology, Cell Biology, or related field 5+ years of AAV/lentiviral producer cell line development (GMP) Experience with transfections, viral transductions, flow cytometry, ddPCR, qPCR, ELISA Experience with viral genome engineering or host cell genome engineering for virus production Strong written and verbal communication skills
