Instructional designer-contractor

📋 Description Design and develop training content aligned to the curriculum for customer-facing pharma teams. Collaborate with the Fractional Learning Leader, SMEs, and stakeholders for accuracy. Create engaging materials: ILT, virtual, eLearning, video, and job aids. Apply adult learning principles and modern instructional strategies for knowledge transfer. Participate in review cycles with Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance. Manage timelines and version control for on-time delivery. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years instructional design in pharma/biotech. Experience in inflammation, immunology, oncology, vaccines, dermatology. Blended learning solutions for customer-facing roles (ILT, VILT, eLearning). Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and practices. Proficient with Articulate, Rise, Vyond and LMS platforms. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred. 🎁 Benefits Remote (WFH) position.
