Electronics Engineering Manager, Radar Payload Team

📋 Description Coordinate and lead a cross-domain radar payload team through full lifecycle. Manage and mentor engineers, developing Electronic/RF engineering talent. Own project timelines, schedules, and resource allocation for hardware development. Present progress updates to non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate with Staff Engineers and Technical Leads to remove roadblocks. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years hands-on design experience in electronics or RF for industrial products. Experience designing complex PCB and RF subsystems. 5+ years managing and coordinating engineering teams of 5+ people. Experience leading senior technical experts. Demonstrated experience coordinating full product lifecycle end-to-end for complex systems.
