AI Engineering Manager, Product Engineering - US Remote

📋 Description Lead a pod of frontend, backend, and full-stack engineers. Own AI-powered product initiatives end-to-end. Partner with Product and Design to plan roadmaps for AI features. Drive quality, reliability, and scalable production systems. Provide technical leadership via design reviews and architecture discussions. Collaborate with data, platform, and AI teams to integrate capabilities. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years software engineering; 2–5+ years people mgmt. Strong product engineering background building workflow-heavy apps end-to-end. Experience building or integrating AI/LLM-powered features. Able to operate in ambiguous problems, move quickly with limited process. Technical depth to review code and guide FE/BE/AI architecture.
