Senior System Engineer (Ground Systems Hardware)

📋 Description Design, integrate, and validate ground hardware systems at system level Define and maintain hardware specifications, interfaces, and performance requirements Conduct system modeling and identify design gaps and improvement opportunities Own validation and acceptance testing, including test plans and sign-off Collaborate with product, systems, manufacturing, and operations teams to align designs with requirements Ensure documentation accuracy, configuration control, and version management 🎯 Requirements 5 to 8+ years of experience in systems engineering for hardware-based products Strong experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, including vSAN and HCI Strong networking knowledge including switches, VLANs, routing, and firewalls Experience with storage systems such as Cloudian or Dell, including object storage concepts Experience with server hardware platforms and rack-level design considerations Strong background in hardware integration, validation, and environmental testing 🎁 Benefits Global scale-up with ownership from day one Continuous professional development and training Benefits vary by location; details provided during process Inclusive, collaborative team culture
