Own merchant accounts across partner channels; track performance and risks. Maintain risk registers for active partners; stay ahead of compliance. Run the merchant account dashboard: volume, data, status, and history. Review and renegotiate financial terms: processing rates and settlements. 🎯 Requirements 2+ years in account management, partner success, or onboarding in payments. Solid understanding of payment processing, approvals, settlements, risk, and compliance. Hands-on experience with merchant accounts and PSP relationships. Proficient with dashboards and data; intermediate Excel; BI/tools a plus. Ownership mindset; able to manage workload and drive solutions.
